When a coin is graded as MS69 by the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC), it means that the coin is in near-perfect Mint State condition. Coins with this grade have a sharp strike, full original luster, and no more than two minor flaws or contact marks. Hairlines and scuff marks are not visible.
